With over 30 years of Human Resources experience, she specializes in cultural engineering, facilitated experiences, and leadership & organizational development.  Dr. Session has spent 10 years as the top Human Resources executive for both domestic and international organizations where she led various change initiatives and up-leveled entire departments, including talent, systems, and infrastructure.

As an Organizational Development Strategist, Dr. Session knows how to assess and create company cultures to help improve the employee experience. Her expertise includes Senior-level HR Leadership, Inclusion & Diversity, Strategic Planning, and Leadership Development. She has managed HR Operations teams across 3 continents and served as the strategic business partner for executives in multiple industries.
