HOORAE Media is the award-winning multi-faceted entertainment media company led by Issa Rae. The venture includes HOORAE Film & TV, digital and houses the groundbreaking companies ColorCreative Management and the audio arm, Raedio. A growing powerhouse in entertainment, the company signed a five-year, $40 million deal that gives exclusive television rights to HBO, HBO Max, and Warner Bros., and a first-look deal to WarnerMedia brands for any film projects.

Without a formalized HR infrastructure, HOORAE sought the expertise of Dr. Tana M. Session to develop an inclusive and competitive talent strategy that reflects the voices represented in the stories HOORAE shares by attracting top industry talents.
